I was involved in an accident that resulted in close to $20,000 worth of damages. Unfortunately, the other party’s insurance was horrible. I ended up involving my insurance company and initiated a subrogation process to speed up the process. However, the process ended up being longer than expected. The owner and Carlos demonstrated remarkable dedication by communicating closely with my husband and the insurance company to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. I was unaware of the numerous sensors in my car. Carlos and his team diligently worked to ensure the proper calibration of these sensors, prioritizing my safety on the road. Even after the rental period expired, they were fully aware that I was going on 45 days without my car. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and provide exceptional service. Shout out to everyone involved.

I had an excellent experience with Alamo Ranch Collision. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

Carlos was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the repair process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The estimate was thorough and accurate, and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Most importantly, my vehicle looks fantastic. The quality of the bodywork exceeded my expectations, and it is clear that great attention to detail was given to the repairs. I am extremely pleased with the results and with the level of customer service I received.

I highly recommend Alamo Ranch Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs. If I ever need collision repair services again, I would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Carlos, and the entire team, for a job well done!

These guys are AMAZING! The best garage and customer service I've ever recieved. Carlos and CJ exceeded my expectations with my BMW and giving me a ride to my house and delivering my car to me the next day.

Came in to replace a track roller for my minivan's sliding door. They were super cool about looking up parts and being up front with delivery times. The service went like clockwork and the door now works better than the original "good" door. Couldn't be happier to give these guys 5 stars.

Jose was great to work, not only did he fix the front end damage to my vehicle he took the time and provided me an educational update on the process, which included all the technology that is involved with the repairs. Also, for the amount of damages it was a fast turnaround to get our vehicle back.
